Q: How can I place an order for home delivery?
A: Via our website or by the email link on our contact page
Q: Can I return my footwear for a refund if I change my mind?
A: We are happy to refund or exchange unsuitable footwear if it is returned in a re-saleable condition, with proof of purchase, within 28 days of purchase.
Q: Do you ship out of the country?
A: Hatty and Moo can take orders for delivery anywhere in the world. To call from outside the UK and check availability of the style that interests you, please contact us directly and we will let you know the available delivery options. Please note, we do make an additional post and packaging charge for overseas deliveries. We quote 15 working days for delivery within Western Europe and 20 working days for delivery to the rest of the world. Unless you need them more urgently and we can certainly endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
Q: What cards do you accept?
A: All major credit and debit cards, with the exception of Solo and Electron
Q: Can I pay by any other method?
A: Yes, by cheque or postal order
Q: Is it safe to order online?
A: Hatty and Moo’s site is as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Protx, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Hatty and Moo we don't hold your credit card details on the website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Hatty and Moo uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Although use of SSL technology is necessary for fulfilling your order online, for your convenience, you may prefer to call us to place your orders.
Q: When will I be charged?
A: At the point of ordering
Q: How much will posting and packing cost?
A: Postage and packaging may vary due to size of package (E.g, Winter boots or heavy items), However, our standard size packages are £3.99 per order. If your order exceeds the average size and weight, the exact charge will be stated at the point of ordering.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We will endeavour to deliver your order asap, however, it may take up to 14 days from point of ordering. Unless you need them more urgently, then we can discuss the fastest delivery options to suit you requirements.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Yes, of course you can. You can email your changes to us and we can amend your order
Q: Can I add a gift message to my order?
A: Of course, please enter your special message in the comments section by clearly outlining that it is a gift message
